Day 8

Technically Day 8 although I did nothing notable over the weekend. Weigh in on Sunday was 158 pounds. Content with that.

Workout:
3 mile walk (1.5 w/ Trish and Bruce)
Laura London 10 minute abs
50 jumping jacks, 40 crunches, 20 squats, 10 pushups
2 mile jog – 20 minutes
35 minute elliptical – 400 cal burn
20 min. bike

Food:
2 scrambled eggs
tangerine
2 handfuls of honeycomb cereal
1 cup chicken vegetable soup
light and fit yogurt
